OfficeCapture v.2.1.0 Overview.ePlum OfficeCapture is the integrated tool (Add-on for the Microsoft Word) to convert DOC into JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP and TIF images, multipage PDF or HTML gallery, save results of conversion to the hard disk or send them via e-mail. OfficeCapture allows to make perfect images and multipage PDF files from the original DOCs, exactly saving all fonts, pictures, design elements, header/footers etc. You get high-quality, antialiased images of any size and resolution. Tight integration with MS Word and friendly interface will make your work easy and pleasant. New features of this version:
How Does It Work?
After installing, ePlumOfficeCapture creates its icon on the MS Word Standard toolbar. When you create or open a document you want to convert, just click 'OfficeCapture' icon.
Then, choose the pages or selected part of the document you want to process. Also you can choose printer to work through. Primarily your default system printer is highlighted. Press 'OK' to run ePlum OfficeCapture Working Area. Here you can set-up outgoing images, save them, send them via e-mail, create PDF and HTML files and so on.
